If you feel that you would like to learn more about what accommodations are available please contact our Access Team or utilise the form above to make us aware of any specific needs you may have.
We understand that all individuals attending our events will be managing their own challenges and whilst we do not want to generalise or marginalise we are able to confirm the following provisions across our events…
Wherever there are toilets provided an accessible toilet will also be available. An additional accessible toilet is made available in our medical area.
We offer a mix of raised viewing platforms and ground level viewing areas; these are available for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility. Where necessary access to these areas will be approved in accordance with the requirements indicated on your Nimbus Access Card. Access to these areas is primarily given to these approved patrons and their essential companion. Raised viewing platforms may get busy. Please note that these areas are operated on a first come, first served basis. Viewing areas are not covered so please dress appropriately for all weather conditions.
At events which include a car park; the accessible entrance will be located a short distance from allocated disabled parking. To access disabled parking you must be prepared to display your blue badge, and will need to have purchased a parking ticket.
The accessible entrance is staffed by members of our Access Team who will be able to provide site specific information about accessible facilities; every effort is made to keep queue times brief at this entrance however at peak times patrons may experience some queuing. Staff at this entrance are able to allow re-entry for patrons needing to access this service; where possible this can be pre-arranged with our Access Team.
Prescription Medication can be bought into the event but must have all dispensary information with it; and should be in it’s original packaging, if this is not possible, you will need to provide a prescription. Refrigerated medication storage may be available in our medical tent; this will need to be prearranged with the Access Team.
Patrons with a medical need / have a dietary requirement which we can not meet may bring an amount of food for personal consumption into the arena. This applies to accessibility customers only and not to essential companions or friends and family.
Sensory Calm Areas – we are working to be able to provide these at all events – The aim of these spaces is to provide a calm, safe, low-level stimulation zone for patrons who need to use them. To find out more, please contact the Access Team.
Please be aware that the majority of our events take place outside, on grass areas and all ground conditions are subject to change in poor weather and may become difficult to manage.

Medical and welfare services are available at all events; further information can be obtained from the Access Team, or at the medical area at the event.

We’ve joined the PIRAP Plastic Pact to do our bit and reduce single-use plastic waste by 2026!
The world needs our support more than ever to reduce plastic waste and at Park Live Kent we’ll be doing our bit and need your help to do so.
![]()
We will be using reusable branded plastic 10oz and 20oz cups at all of our events this year to reduce our plastic waste by over 5 tonnes!
There will be a small charge for your cup when you order your first drink. When you bring the cup back tothe bar, it will be replaced with a clean cup with your next drink. The cup fee contributes towards the cup, cleaning and storage in our efforts to achieve this goal!
You will then own the cup which is a branded souvenir of your day, so feel free to take it home and reuse it to do your bit in helping the cause!
If you would rather not make a contribution for one of our reusable event cups, you’re more than welcome to bring your own.
This MUST be plastic (any vessels brought to the event that aren’t plastic will be confiscated).
Please also note that drinks will simply be poured from our event cups into your vessel to ensure the correct measures are sold and may increase queuing times.
Thank you for your help in helping us reduce single use plastic waste!
